To integrate the machine to an MSI beam line, full automatic profile transport can be provided. Our/The VACAM software controls sensors drag-dogs and liftables for transporting profiles onto and off the outfeed roller conveyor. Select products will automatically be made from the trading lengths. Cross-transports can handle multiple profiles. The machine can operate independently for a considerable time.

This makes the V808 incredibly versatile and can be part of a complete new layout including roller conveyors and cross-transports connected to other Voortman processing machines, or as a stand-alone processing center.

The V808 is able to automatically mark all four sides. It can also reach the bottom of the material. This saves time and money in your workshop. Assembly employees will still need to measure the fourth side of a profile even though they have only marked three sides. Voortman V808 is able to handle all four sides, which will reduce time and cost in your workshop's assembly area.

Voortman's V808 robot thermal cutter is now equipped with the more flexible and faster Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping machine. The robot's torch nozzle has a measuring sensor that measures the exact dimensions of the profile. To ensure the best product, the machine parameters compensate any difference between theoretical and actual dimensions. The coping robot is limited to measuring the sides of a profile. This speeds up the process.
